Shipping & Return Policy;
We are extremely happy to announce that we offer free next working day delivery on all orders that exceed £100 (ex VAT). Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday would normally be delivered on the next working day. (Saturday and Sundays excluded) Our products will be shipped via our nominated courier. We work extremely hard to try and despatch all orders received before 2pm on the day of order. Once the goods have left our premises you will receive a shipping notification email and/or text.

Delivery charges for orders UNDER £100
The following charges apply to order, that are UNDER £100 (not including VAT). These charges apply to Mainline UK Only; (Not including Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore)
Standard Next Day Delivery – £9.75
Weekday Before 10.30am – £25
Weekday Before 12am – £20
Saturday – £30

Delivery charges for orders OVER £100
These charges apply to Mainline UK Only; (Not including Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore)
Standard Next Working Day Delivery – FREE
Weekday Before 10.30am – £20
Weekday Before 12pm – £15
Saturday – £20

For those customers living outside the UK please get in touch. These areas include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of man, Isle White, Scilly Isles, Republic of Ireland and Channel Isles. The services to these areas can vary from 1-5 days.

Tracking your goods
As soon as your goods leave our premises they are tracked until they reach your door ?.
Text & Email Notification; By providing your mobile number and email address when you order, you will receive notifications regarding your delivery.

1 Hour Delivery Slot; On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text/email, with a 1-hour delivery slot, meaning you don’t need to stay in all day.

Track your Drive; On the DPD app. you can even find out your driver’s name and track the route they are taking.

Might be out for the slot? No problem, you can either change delivery address or even request it be delivered to a local store. Many stores including Halfords and Sainsbury’s have DPD counters.

Decide where your parcel is left somewhere on your property; All you need to do is take a photo of where you would like the goods left. Then once they have been delivered the driver will do the same.

Return Policy

Should you need to return any items, please call us on the following number 01753 655344. Please be aware, you must contact us with this request within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods which are returned must be received undamaged and in stock at our premises within 10 Working days from receipt of goods.

Returns, (apart from faulty or defected goods), will be subject to a collection fee (quote available on request) and a 15% restocking fee. Return of faulty or defected goods will be arranged at Takeaway Packaging’s expense if reported in 5 working days.

If collection of the goods is arranged and you miss your slot or pick up time, then return of the goods will become the customers responsibility.

Goods that have been custom made or customised in any way cannot be accepted for refund in any circumstances, unless they are damaged or faulty. Again, we must be notified within 5 working days.

Returns and refunds will only be issued if all items are unmarked, undamaged and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened. Please feel free to review our current  Terms and Conditions
