What Features Do Our 105x102x84mm Burger Takeaway Boxes Have?
Food grade: Most cardboard pizza boxes use virgin Kraft paper on the outside and Test paper (recycled paper) on the inside. This old style of takeaway box will need an additional lining, such as greaseproof paper, between the food and the box, but we have made our burger boxes and pizza boxes differently – ensuring you get a food-grade product!
We simply flipped around the Kraft and Test paper, putting the virgin Kraft paper on the inside of the takeaway burger box. This not only makes it viable to come into direct contact with food, but it also provides a higher grease resistance.
Improved grease resistance: The virgin Kraft paper we use on the inside of the boxes has a smoother surface than test-lined boxes. The fibres are tightly packed, making it a lot harder for the grease to penetrate.
Recycled and recyclable: Not only are these burger takeaway boxes made with 73% recycled paper, but they can also be recycled, thanks to the use of grease-resistant paper on the inside.
